Processing a student application involves time and effort, since we verify documents and, in some cases, translate these as per official requirements. The table below lists the basic charges for the services we provide.

- Arrange Airline Ticket: We only help candidates find the best priced airline ticket for when they must arrive at the university, candidates are provided 2-3 options and they will then have to choose which option is best suited to them.
- Purchase of Airline Ticket: Candidate is responsible for paying the cost of the one-way ticket, and this is completely dependent on the market.
- Costs listed for #1 to #5 are included in the Care Packages listed as #6 and #7 and detailed below.

Student Care Packages
We understand how difficult it is, both for parents as well as students, to go to a completely new place and try and settle in. For parents, especially for those whose child is going to be away from them for the first time, it's an especially difficult time.
To help students transition into their university life as smoothly as possible, while at the same time giving some comfort to parents, we offer comprehensive "care packages" that guarantees students always have someone available to them locally who can guide them at any time and parents are assured there will be someone they can always contact if they are unable to contact their child, whatever may be the reason.
Be assured, our "care packages" are completely optional, and your application for admission will remain completely unaffected and we will continue to provide you with the highest quality service if you opt to not subscribe to either package.

NOTES TO ABOVE ITEMS
- Client is responsible for payment of all service charges and taxes, we only strive to ensure convenience at the best possible exchange rate for them.
- Again, client is responsible for all service charges, taxes, and any other transaction fees that the transaction could incur.
- AZMEC will purchase a one-way economy class airline ticket for the candidate from New Delhi to Bishkek. We will strive to ensure the best possible route, airline, and experience.
- AZMEC's Bishkek based staff will help the student with the purchase of their air ticket from Bishkek to India, and AZMEC's India-based staff will also arrange for the booking of tickets to their home, as well as arranging tickets for the return trip. Candidate will be responsible for paying all costs associated with price and additional service charges for the ticket.
- We will take care of all basic charges for the mobile network, including data charges for up to 1 GB per month. The student will be responsible for paying any charges associated with international calling or additional data usage.
- Along with the city tour, we will also arrange two (2) day-long trekking, hiking, horse-riding and/or sightseeing tour in the countryside for the candidate. This includes pick-up and drop-off from and to the university dormitory.
- This includes pick-up and drop-off from and to the university dormitory, and the student is required to avail of this service within four (4) months of their arrival at the university.
- Candidates get a total of four shopping trips to different markets of their choice in the city, that they may avail within the first twelve (12) months. Includes pick-up and drop-off from and to the university dormitory.
- Complete support for arranging rental of off-campus housing for the student if they decide to move off-campus from semester 3 (2nd year) onwards. Off-campus housing can be of a much higher quality, but most landlords don't speak English, and most advertisements are also in the local papers only. We will ensure one of our consultants in Bishkek will help with all aspects of the house-hunting, meeting the landlord, signing of legal documents, and any other items.
- The amount is to be paid in USD directly to our US partners. Candidate is responsible all transaction costs, service charges and/or taxes. The INR amount listed is indicative only, using an exchange rate of 83 INR/USD and without consideration of any associated costs.
Advance Payments Towards University Dues
AZMEC may require candidates to make a partial payment towards the "New Student Intake Charge" (also here). Timely payment of these charge is necessary to ensure that candidates that gain admission to a university actually join the university. Otherwise the candidate will be blocking a seat that would be available to another applicant. The exact amount and the date for payment will be dictated by how close the start date for the semester is.
Some points to note here -
- This amount is refunded fully to the candidate if they are not granted admission into a university's educational programme.
- Any amount charged towards this fee will be deducted from the balance the candidate is required to pay to the university.
- If a candidate decides to not seek admission after being offered a seat at the university, this amount will be fully refunded to them within 30 days of them informing AZMEC of their decision, and the full amount will be refunded to the candidate.
- If a candidate accepts the offer of admission, if they decide to not join the university programme, they can inform us at least 20 days before the start of the semester and 90% of their payment will be refunded to them within 30 days.
- If a candidate fails to inform AZMEC that they will not be joining the programme to which they have been granted admission prior to the start of the semester, and fail to register at the university, the candidate will be refunded 50% of their payment.
- If there are extenuating circumstances to why the candidate is not able to join in the current session but intends to join in the following session, we will apply this charge towards the fees due in the following session and candidate will not lose any of the fees they've paid.
