Please review the Minimum Requirements (Prerequisites) section to ensure a candidate will be successful with their application. To fill out the application form required by the university, we will require the following documents from candidates.
- A copy of their passport that's valid for at least 6 months from the date of application. If the applicant doesn't have a passport, or has an expired or invalid passport, candidates can inform us of this and delay the submission of this document. While they apply for a new passport, we can process the rest of their application and prep it for the 2nd stage of the process.
- A digital copy of a passport photo, as used in their passport, or similar.
- Attested copy of the Class 10th passing certificate issued by the appropriate educational board.
- Attested copy of the Class 11th passing certificate issued by the appropriate educational board or issued by their high school.
- Attested copy of the Class 12th graduation diploma and grades sheet issued by the appropriate educational board. The grade sheet should clearly indicate that the applicant got the minimum required grades by subject and overall.
- Attested copy of the official marks sheet of their NEET exam results as issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA) clearly indicating their marks and percentile.
- A letter issued by the applicant's local police station attesting to the fact that the applicant is a person in good standing and does not have any legal entanglements. This is required but candidates can also submit this document at a later date as it'll be needed at stage 2 of the application process.
The above list of required documents may change, and we may require additional documents of the applicant, as these requirements are dictated to us by the government of Kyrgyzstan and the university.
Where submission of originals is a concern for applicants, they are requested to submit self-attested copies of the same documents. All documents submitted to us should be in English. The applicant is responsible for presenting the originals of all non-English documents along with (copies of) official, notarized English translations.
Only once AZMEC receives all the above documents, we will verrify these and then complete the required admissions application for the candidates.
We'll then submit the admissions application along with all required documents and translations to the select university. This will complete the 2nd stage of the application process. We'll then be tracking the application and ensure the university issues the applicant with a "Conditional Letter of Admission" as soon as possible.
Upon accepting admission to a university, the candidates will be required to present the originals or notarized copies of the same documents to us, as some of these documents will require translation prior to being sent for the issuance of a visa for Kyrgyzstan.
All applicants are also advised that they will be required to carry the originals of all documents with them to present these at the university before their admission is finalised.
