After gaining admission, the successful candidate is issued a 3-month visa that they will have to convert to a long-term one year student visa. The student will need to appy for this visa when they are in the country. To complete the application, they will need the documents listed below.
- Original passport with copy along with notarized translation into Kyrgyz or Russian
- 4 passport-sized photos (3x4)
- Original certificate/diploma of education, which is your class 12th board issued certificate of passing, as well as a notarized translation into Kyrgyz or Russian
- Certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic after nostrification, which will be provided by the university
- Medical certificate (Form 086), provided by the university after medical examination
- Copy of payment receipt for enrollment fee
- Copy of payment receipt for tuition fees
- Letter of Admission from University.
The above list of required documents may change, as these requirements are dictated by the government of Kyrgyzstan.
Students may obtain notarized translations of their diploma and passport at the Kyrgyz Embassy in India. The university will also make arrangements to provide students with this facility.
